Milwaukee Partnership Program

The Milwaukee Partnership Program is an incentive program to reward the top customers and sales representatives of Milwaukee Tool each year. Birchall created a customized incentive trip and communications strategy designed to drive sales associates and their independent retailer partners to reach their sales goals, while also promoting the program to potential new Milwaukee customers. We worked directly with the Milwaukee Tool leadership team to tailor the program for their unique needs, with meticulous planning that included weekly status calls around budget, action items, flights/hotel bookings, dine around reservations, group meetings/events, excursions, entertainment, and additional features. The strategy involved creation of a microsite, e-blasts, custom communications, correspondence and follow up with sales reps and customers to ensure a seamless process. Birchall handled all fine details from bookings to insurance, transportation/transfers to meetings/events, activities and welcome kits, swag items and shipping, to navigating Covid protocols. The careful planning and meticulous execution helped strengthen customer relationships and contributed to sales and performance targets being met or exceeded.

TTi President’s Award

Birchall designed a luxury reward trip for recipients of the TTi President’s Award which is presented to top annual performers in the company. The trip is exclusive to a small, invite-only group and celebrates exemplary above-and-beyond achievements. Employees must be nominated by a supervisor for award consideration. Winners attend this once-in-a-lifetime, group luxury vacation with a guest of their choosing, fellow President’s Award recipients, and the company President. TTi desired an itinerary with a mix of group activities and leisure time, with a formal welcome dinner and optional excursions such as zip-lining, catamaran tours, golfing, and resort activities. Reflecting the exceptional honour of the Award, the Birchall Team delivered an equally unparalleled level of concierge-style service, creating a white-glove VIP/celebrity calibre experience, with always-on, onsite support. Birchall managed the entire program, including all arrangements/bookings, fine details, and communications.
